Exchanges & returns
- Returns: 10 calendar days from the date you receive the product for online orders, or 10 calendar days from the pickup-ready email for store pickup orders.
- Exchanges: 30 calendar days from delivery.
- Holiday season: all purchases made between Nov 15 and Dec 15 have an extended exchange window until Jan 15.
- Exceptions: altered or customised items, and sample-sale items, are final sale (no returns or exchanges).
