- Pickup in store: 1 business day. We'll send you an email as soon as you order is ready for pickup.

Exchanges & returns
- Returns: 10 calendar days from delivery, for both online and in-store purchases.
- Exchanges: 30 calendar days from delivery.
- Holiday season: all purchases made between Nov 15 and Dec 15 have an extended exchange window until Jan 15.
- Exceptions: altered or customised items, and sample-sale items, are final sale (no returns or exchanges).
- Shipping costs: customer covers return-shipping costs; the original shipping fee is non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
