Machine wash on gentle cycle in cool water.
Please wash in a washing bag using mild soap; no bleach or fabric softener.
Color transfer may occur, wash only with similar colors.
Air-dry in the shade. Do not tumble dry. Do not iron.

Exchanges & returns

Returns: 10 calendar days from delivery, for both online and in-store purchases.
Exchanges: 30 calendar days from delivery.
Holiday season: all purchases made between Nov 15 and Dec 15 have an extended exchange window until Jan 15.
Exceptions: altered or customised items, and sample-sale items, are final sale (no returns or exchanges).
Shipping costs: customer covers return-shipping costs; the original shipping fee is non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
