Exchanges & returns

- Holiday season: all purchases made between Nov 15 and Dec 15 have an extended exchange window until Jan 15.
- Exceptions: altered or customised items, and sample-sale items, are final sale (no returns or exchanges).
- Shipping costs: customer covers return-shipping costs; the original shipping fee is non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
